A penalty notice will be sent via email and mobile notification in the case when you've breached Buyer Prohibited practices. If a second breach of agreement occurs, the account will receive a penalty according to which agreement they have violated.
You may be penalized by one or more of the following:
Your current bid might be removed
You might be void of special benefits
Your discount coupon might be removed
Your rewards points might be deducted
Your account might be suspended or disabled.
Receiving warning or penalty notice will affect your account health status.
