All "Brand-New" shoes sold through SASOM must include the original shoe box that came with the manufacturer. Here are some details regarding the Shoe Box:
The shoe box must display the same size as the actual shoe itself. For example, if the pair of "Brand New" shoes you sold is a 9 US, but the box that came with is an 11 US, the pair will not pass our authentication as "Brand New."
The shoe box may experience some minor defects or wear and tear from the manufacturer, shipping, or storage. These minor defects include small corner dent, minor wrinkles, minor tears, and box lid defects. More often than not, these defects are uncontrollable and could pass our authentication.
All boxes that are more than 5 years old are usually subject to discoloration, and minimal damage, which our authenticators will take that fact into consideration when performing the authentication.
SASOM reserves the rights to determine whether or not the extent of box damage and wear & tear warrants an item passing SASOM verification. Several factors contribute to an item passing verification, so a final decision cannot be made until the item undergoes SASOM's verification process.
Thank you for choosing to sell on SASOM.
