Offer feature allows you to suggest and negotiate the price of second-hand items with the seller.
Step 1: Choose Your SASOM
Choose the product that you want to buy and click 'Buy'.
Step 2: Select “Used” tab
Select 'Used' tab and select product size (if any)
Step 3: Choose Item
Choose product that you would like to make an offer and click 'Offer'.
Step 4: Enter Price
Enter your Offer price (The Offer price must be higher than 50% of the Ask price)
Step 5: Checkout
Fill in your shipping address, shipping method, and payment method. Check whether you want any add-on service with your item. Apply promo code (if any). Accept our Terms & Conditions and click 'next'.
✳ The available payment method for Offer transaction is Credit card or Debit card only. You will be charged automatically only when your offer is accepted.
Step 6: Payment
Complete the payment process via Credit card or Debit card. You can choose 'Add new card' to fill in your Credit/Debit card information or select from your saved card information.
Step 7: Offer made!
Please wait for a response from the seller. The seller can either accept, decline, or make a Counter Offer within 7 days before your offer expires.
